[A/N: Nick and Ellie had no idea what they were going to have..they wanted it to be a surprise.]

{Callie, JBM, EM, Maddy, and Nick are all in the room (and of course the nurses) and Ellie was just about to give birth without Doctor Hudgens when she finally arrived.}

Callie: Come on Ellie, you can do it!

{Hours/Minutes (whatever you want to say) later, their first child was born}
Doctor: We have 1 girl *hands her to Nick so he could give her to the nurses to be checked*
Ellie: Nicholas Jerry you are staying right here!! *Nick hands his daughter to the nurses and rushes back to Ellies side*
[This was the worst but best pain Ive ever experienced! Just 1 minute ago I became a mother to a beautiful baby girl and now I had to give birth to my other child..Oh my dear Lord..AGH! It hurts!]

FF: 2 minutes later

Doctor: We have a boy.

[After our son was born I sighed in relief and rested my head on my pillow. Everyone except Nick walked over to the other side of the room and looked at our babies. Nick kneeled right by my side and he told me he loved me and kissed me on my forehead. My mom handed me our little Nathan Elijah and Denise handed Nick our Eliza Nicole.]
Ellie: *scoots over* Sit with me Nicholas
Nick: *sits next to Ellie still in awe* I cant believe these are OUR babies. Like mine and yours..WE made them.
Ellie: I know..Eliza looks just like you but in girl form.
Nick: Nathan looks like you but in boy form *laughs*
Nurse: You are more than welcome to put them in this cradle.
Nick: Thanks
{Everyone leaves to give Ellie and Nick privacy}
*Ellie and Nick put them in the cradle and they lay down and Ellie and Nick cuddle next to each other.*
Nick: Who knew that the night of our 3 year anniversary of being together could change our lives.
Ellie: I know..but it was a good change.
Nick: It sure was.
Ellie: *looks up at Nick and smiles* We did a good job didnt we.
Nick: We sure did..they are perfect in every way.
{Joe, Frankie, and Kevin knock and walk in}
Joe: *stands near the cradle and looks around the room* Where are they??
Nick: Look down Joe
Joe: *looks down* Oh..hey there cuties.
Frankie: The girl looks like Nick
Kevin: What are their names
Nick: Nathan Elijah
Ellie: and Eliza Nicole
Joe: Oh I almost forgot. Frankie give them the present!
*Frankie hand them a bag with Spongebob on it*
*Nick and Ellie open it and see Spongebob and Dora DVDs and at the bottom there is more tissue paper and Nick pulls it up to reveal Barney DVDs, Cds, and even a Barney stuffed animal*
Ellie: Oh my gosh
Joe: What?
Ellie: I hate Barney.
Joe: HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT!
Ellie: Im sorry Ive never liked him..he is gay and I was always afraid my mom would get Barney to come to my birthday and he takes off his suit and Michael Jackson appears..
Joe: Well Im sorry but your kids are going to be the biggest Barney fans around
Ellie: Oh joy.
